These subjects will process data acquired by right, by virtue of the above obligations, in their capacity as independent Data Controllers\/Processors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>7. DATA TRANSFER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Personal data are stored on the company\u2019s servers located in Italy and\/or in any case within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller\/Processor, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller\/Processor ensures \u2013 since now \u2013 that the transfer of non-EU server will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>8.
